On the Météo France Guyane website, the vigilance map for Guyana has been yellow since 5am this morning.

Heavy rain and thunderstorms are forecast for this day. High tide is expected at 9:33 am and will be at 2m95.
You must therefore be attentive, especially those who have to take the road for a long distance.

Firefighters are mobilized in the municipalities and the areas most affected by them. They recommend taking precautions such as raising furniture in areas where water enters the interiors of houses and turning off the electricity.
