You may not know the name of Peter Fabiano, and yet he is a producer of one of the hottest titles right now. He is notably the producer of Resident Evil Village, released on May 7. He announced on Twitter that he is stepping down from Capcom after 13 years of loyal service. ” Difficult to write at best, so I decided to keep it simple. Thank you to all Capcom members for allowing me to grow with you over the past 13 years. I am grateful and will cherish this experience forever ».

However, Peter Fabiano does not leave the video game industry because he already has projects in mind. Indeed, in a second message he declares: ” thank you to everyone inside and outside the studio who have supported me over the years. I accepted a new position at Bungie, where I work with great people and where I continue my journey “. The producer will therefore now work for the studio behind the Destiny franchise among others. We do not yet know what his role will be in the company but you should review this name associated with the latest productions of the studio.

A last production that hits the mark

In the meantime, his last title Resident Evil Village is worn like a charm. Overall well noted by critics, Capcom sold over 3 million of the title in just three days.
