Nintendo Switch Pro has yet to be announced by Nintendo. Even though rumors persist, she just doesn’t exist. That said, Internet users have spotted the new version of the console on Amazon. Sign of an imminent announcement? Like at E3, for example.
After several months of rumors, everyone is desperately waiting for the Pro version of the Nintendo Switch to enjoy the entire game library of the console in better conditions. But the announcement of Big N is taking longer and longer. Enough to discourage the fans? Not at all.
A famous influencer has indeed come across an Amazon Mexico page dedicated to the Nintendo Switch Pro. Very quickly, the page disappeared from the radar but the influencer in question still managed to take a screenshot, thank you Internet. Nothing very interesting to eat: no photos, no prices, no specs. Just a dedicated page. We could say that it is only an Amazon error but in view of the other elements of the file, it would really be a big coincidence.
Announcement at E3?
In fact, more and more generally well-informed media are relaying information from internal Nintendo sources. This was for example the case of Bloomberg which announced a release of the Switch Pro before the end of the year. But this Thursday, the American media returned with new more precise information: the Switch would be marketed from September 2021.
Eurogamer for its part, announces a presentation of the console during E3 2021 which will begin on June 12. This is something quite probable since Nintendo has already presented several consoles at this event such as the Nintendo 3DS and the Wii (in fact, Nintendo had only revealed the name of the console). So why not? In any case, with this page already made on Amazon, all the lights seem to be green. All that remains is to wait and speculate on what Nintendo will offer in terms of price and launch pack.
We can even allow ourselves to dream by imagining a release of the Switch Pro with a highly anticipated game like the new one. Zelda Breath of The Wild. Okay, now we’re going too far … But imagine anyway!
