Don’t worry, no cakes will fly through the monitor! As part of the celebrations too Sonic’s 30th anniversary organizes SEGA on 30. November, together with the world-famous EDK artist, DJ and producer Steve Aoki, a virtual concert. The artist celebrates his birthday on the same day!
This unique concert takes place in a digitally created Sonic universe and immerses the audience in iconic settings such as the Green Hill Zone, the chemical plant and many more.
The 60-minute set contains original songs by Steve Aoki as well as reinterpreted versions of Sonic’s favorites, from the 16-bit era of SEGA Genesis to the present day.

The virtual concert can be viewed on the Sonic the Hedgehog YouTube channel und Twitch-Channel to be tracked.
It starts on 30. November 2021 a 9:00 p.m. German time.
The first Sonic the Hedgehog game was released on June 23, 1991 in the USA / Europe or on July 26, 1991 for the Sega Mega Drive and was developed by the Sonic team. Since then, countless games have followed on over 30 different systems. The second Sonic movie is slated to follow next year, after the first by Jeff Fowler with James Marsden, Ben Schwartz (as Sonic’s original voice), Tika Sumpter and Jim Carrey was a box office hit.
Also, a new video game is in the works that will be very reminiscent of Sonic Adventures.
