There is new information on lenses from Sony, Samyang, Pentax and Voigtländer, as well as Adobe Camera RAW for the iPad.

Sony 24-70mm f / 2.8 GM II should be released soon

After the presentation of the new Sony 70-200mm f / 2.8 GM II, a revised version of the 24-70mm f / 2.8 GM will follow next, reports Sonyalpharumors. If the innovations of the 24-70mm f / 2.8 GM II are as extensive as those of the 70-200mm, then this could be an interesting new lens.

New from Ricoh: Pentax 21mm f / 2.4 Limited

Ricoh has announced a new Limited line of lenses and also introduced the first member of the new family, the HD Pentax DFA 21mm F2.4 ED Limited DC WR. The lens is suitable for full-frame cameras, will be available on the market in November 2021 and will cost 1,500 euros. More information here at Ricoh.

Samyang 24-70mm f / 2.8 already available in Thailand?

We already reported some time ago about the Samyang 24-70mm f / 2.8 AF, the manufacturer’s first zoom lens with autofocus. In the meantime, the lens seems to be available at least in Thailand, for the equivalent of around 800 euros. It is interesting that this is supposed to be a so-called parfocal zoom lens, in which the focus remains the same, even if you change the focal length of the lens. There has not yet been an official press release from Samyang, this may / hopefully be made up for shortly.
