This Monday afternoon, Celta de Vigo formalized the recruitment of left winger Franco Cervi from Benfica. The 27-year-old Argentinian is committed to the Galician club for the next three seasons. According to information from the Portuguese daily Record, the transfer would amount to a total of 7.5M €: a dry check of 4.5M €, associated with 1.5M € payable in three installments, and 1.5M € according to the ranking of Celta in the league.

In an interview with his new team, Franco Cervi thanked the Lisbon Eagles: “It was a long-awaited day, I’m here happy and grateful to the club for trusting me, my family and also Benfica for the step I took there.
