The police station of Saint-Jean-de-Luz launches an appeal for witnesses, after the assault of a man during the “non-festivals” of Saint Jean, on the grounds that he spoke in Basque
The investigation around the assault of a fifty-something in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, on the night of June 26 to 27, 2021, on the grounds that he spoke Basque continues. In search of evidence, the police station called for witnesses, recalling beforehand the known circumstances of the incident which caused the victim to fracture the fibula.
Blow to the face
This attack occurred at 2 am, rue Abbé-Onaindia, at the corner of the restaurant Chez Théo. The victim, arrested with cries of “Here we are in France” was quickly punched in the face, falling to the ground before the avalanche continued.
