Announced in 2017 and entered in early access in 2019, Session is THE skate simulation expected by many followers of the discipline, even if a certain Skate 4 was announced by EA last summer. Until then, players can enjoy a new content update on Steam, Xbox Series, and Xbox One.
It is first through a confirmation that the studio Crea-ture and Nacon spoke about Session. It was indeed announced that the title, currently in Early Access on Steam, Xbox One and Xbox Series, will release well on PS4 and PS5 at the end of its early access, now set for summer 2022. An announcement that will undoubtedly please fans of the genre with a PlayStation console. On their side, PC and Xbox gamers can enjoy a brand new update, which adds new spots to try in New York (Courthouse, Highline Bridge and Black Hubba), and in Philadelphia since this map has seen some of recast areas. Also, the developers announced the release of a new mode, titled Skate Dice. It invites players to perform a certain number of sequences and figures, randomly selected by the game. The map editor has also benefited from improvements, listed on the long patchnote released by the studio. The management of the sky has for its part been completely overhauled in a new system, while the tutorial has been completely redesigned to allow newcomers to take charge of the title.
