Côtes-d’Armor storm warning in Pas-de-Calais! The weather this Tuesday will be gray and rainy over much of the country, but it will be accompanied by a strong gale over Brittany and the entire coast of Manche, warns Météo France.
All the coastal departments located in the north of France have been placed in yellow vigilance to encourage caution. “Be careful if you practice activities sensitive to weather risks or near a shore or a waterway,” recommends the forecaster.
Gusts of the order of 100 to 110 km / h are to be expected between Côtes-d’Armor and Pas-de-Calais. They will be doubled by strong waves. Inland, gusts should not exceed 90 km / h.
Elsewhere, the thunderstorms present during the night from the north of New Aquitaine to Belgium will shift in the morning to the northeast and the east and will block for the rest of the day along the eastern borders. .
Rainfall intensities will sometimes be significant, especially in the morning, and good accumulations will be expected in the Center-East regions, between the Massif Central, Jura and the Northern Alps, including in the plains.
Temperature side, lower maximums
At the rear, from the South-West to Lorraine, the showers will be less numerous but a thunderclap will not be excluded under a threatening sky. PACA and Corsica will remain spared with a frank sun, while clouds and showers will reach the Gulf of Lion at the end of the day.
At daybreak, we will generally read 13 to 16/17 degrees in the northern half, sometimes no more than 12 in the interior of Brittany, 15 to 18 in the southern half and from 18 to 22 around the Mediterranean.
Maximum temperatures will drop, especially in the Southwest with 21 to 24 degrees. Elsewhere, we expect 18 to 22 degrees in the northern half but still 25 to 30 degrees near the Mediterranean and in the Rhône valley, locally 31/32 degrees in the extreme south-east.
