In her stronghold of Hénin-Beaumont (Pas-de-Calais), Marine Le Pen won the departmental elections with 61.09% of the vote in the first round of this Sunday, June 20, 2021. Although largely in the lead, the duo did not get enough votes – at least 25% of those registered – to be elected in the first round. He will therefore have to face the left in the second round scheduled for Sunday, June 27. The pair (various left), made up of Magali Brouillard and Christian Musial, for its part received 29.96% of the votes.
A first place greeted by the councilor of Hénin-Beaumont, while the RN scored lower than its expectations in the regional elections.
