Verstappen regains lead from pit stops

Hello everyone, and welcome to 20 Minutes to follow the 2021 French Grand Prix on the Paul Ricard circuit in Le Castellet. It’s a great first for us to live in F1, we hope you like it and that many of you will be watching us. We will make you experience the battle at the top between Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton for the first place of the World Championship. The two drivers will also start from the first two places on the grid, with a small advantage for the Dutch driver. On the French side, Pierre Gasly achieved a good performance by grabbing 6th place, in the middle of RedBull, Mercedes and Ferrari, with his Alpha Tauri. Esteban Ocon could not do better than 11th position, but he will have the choice of his tires for the start.
It rained this Sunday morning on the Paul Ricard circuit, but the risk of downpours remains relatively low for the race. Be careful with the wind, however, much more present than during qualifying on Saturday, which could benefit the Mercedes.
Follow the French Grand Prix with us, the start is scheduled for 3 p.m.
