Tlike the rest of the Canada Sauce product line, vegan mayonnaise is local, made with local ingredients, tasty and free from animal matter. It is made with chickpeas, Canadian mustard seeds and lemon.
The recipes were created locally and the products are concocted and bottled in a factory in Chicoutimi-Nord.
Two years ago, in 2019, the company sold between 10,000 and 20,000 bottles of its three previous flagship products: ketchup, relish and mustard. She had received orders from all over Quebec and even from Ontario.
