This Saturday, January 15, the National Assembly adopted, in a new reading, the bill transforming the health pass into a vaccination pass with some modifications, which we detail for you.
The health pass will soon be transformed into a vaccination pass. The deputies met in the National Assembly, between Friday January 14 and Saturday January 15, to examine in new reading the bill transforming the health pass into a vaccination pass. It was finally adopted by 185 votes for, 69 against and 8 abstentions. A new version has emerged, informs BFMTV. We take stock.
No vaccination pass for children under 16
The vaccination pass will only apply to people over the age of 16. Minors aged 12 to 15 will only remain subject to the health pass. They will therefore be able to go to a restaurant or the cinema by producing the negative result of a simple screening test.
Customer identity verification for restaurateurs
Our colleagues indicate that restaurateurs will finally be able to verify the identity of their customers presenting a pass based on any official document bearing their photograph”, and not necessarily identity papers.
Change in teleworking
The fine for a company refusing telework when possible has been lowered from 1000 to 500 euros per employee concerned.
Finally, the deputies decided to maintain the possibility, for the organizers of political rallies, of conditioning their access to the vaccination pass.
A final vote of the National Assembly is expected this Sunday, January 16 in the afternoon.
