From mid-October, the presentation of a certificate to one’s employer is extended to all workers, public officials, private sector employees or association volunteers.

Italians will no longer be able to access their workplace without a health pass. So decided Thursday the government of Mario Draghi, which imposes from mid-October on all workers, public officials, private employees or volunteers of associations, the obligation to present a certificate (of vaccination, a negative test of less than 48 hours or a certificate of recovery) to their employer. This concerns 18 million people. Remember that vaccination had already been imposed on the health sector in March and on school staff in July. Italy, where the epidemic is now under control, becomes the first European country to adopt the obligation of the health pass at work, in anticipation of a possible new epidemic wave this winter.
