The Canton has decided to extend the wearing of the mask in the places of training of compulsory and post-compulsory schools until October 1.

Lessons without masks are not on the program or at least not immediately in the canton of Vaud. The Department of Training, Youth and Culture (DFJC) and the Office of the Cantonal Doctor of the Department of Health and Social Action (DSAS) took stock and decided to keep this measure until on October 1. However outdoors, during breaks, sports or other trips, the mask is no longer required. This strategy announced in a press release keeps the classes open.

A few days earlier, a first mobile vaccination day took place at the Beaulieu center. A second is scheduled for September 13, this date will mark the start of mobile vaccination in post-compulsory training sites.
