Rainbow cake with gelled milk

Ingredients for 1 jar

  • 4 g of agar powder
  • 150 ml of water
  • 45 g of agave syrup
  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • Gelatin sheets
  • 20 ml of syrup of your choice without sugar or Fruit juice (Prepare variances, with strawberries, kiwi, orange or bananas)

Preperation

1time stage : In a saucepan, put the agar powder, water, agave syrup and heat the mixture until boiling then remove from heat.

2th stage : Incorporate the coconut milk and the gelatin sheet, mix and then put in a pot. Place everything in the refrigerator to cool and harden. You will have thus prepared the gelled milk.

3th stage : In another jar, repeat the process of step one

4th stage : In this same jar, add 300 ml of additional water and 20 ml of syrup or fruit juice of your choice. If the color of the syrup or juice is bright, that will be a bonus. Add a sheet of gelatin, stir and put in the refrigerator to cool and harden.

5th stage : Repeat the 3rd and 4th step but with different syrups or fruit juices in order to vary the colors.

6th stage : After 30 minutes in the refrigerator, the mixes will have cooled and hardened. Take them out of the refrigerator and cut them into small cubes then place them on the milk gelatin prepared during the first step and which will serve as a base for the cake.
