According to a report by “ORF”, over 170 passengers on a Passau cruise ship are stuck on the Danube in Vienna. The reason: 80 people on board tested positive for the corona virus.
In its report, the ORF refers to information provided by the medical crisis team of the City of Vienna. Accordingly, the ship started in Passau. The infections were finally found there through the corona test offer by the city of Vienna. The ship is now anchored at the lock in the Nussdorf district of Vienna.
The crisis team is working on a solution to get all 178 passengers back to Passau. Until then, all people on board the ship must remain in quarantine. Further details were initially not known. − cav
