The municipality of Guéret, in the department of Creuse, has set up a bonus for anyone wishing to buy real estate in the city, reports France Blue Creuse. This financial boost has been set at 10,000 euros.
Award conditions to be respected
The City particularly wishes to encourage the establishment of young families with children in the municipality. However, certain conditions must be met in order to benefit from it because newcomers will have to invest in a purchase located in the city center.
It is this sector that the municipality wishes to revitalize. In order to benefit from this bonus, new buyers will have to carry out work to the tune of 10% of the selling price of the property. They must also commit to living in their primary residence there for at least 5 years.
The goal is to award ten bonuses
The city of Guéret thus wishes to attract at least ten buyers. If the attribution conditions are met, this bonus may be granted regardless of the purchase price of the property.
