NEW YORK (dpa-AFX Analyzer) – The US bank JPMorgan has left the rating for Holcim at “neutral” with a price target of 53 francs. Increased costs and high comparative values are likely to have made the third quarter difficult, wrote analyst Elodie Rall in an outlook on the quarterly reports of building materials companies on Friday. She expects a negative turnaround in earnings momentum. The expert continues to prefer the shares of manufacturers of light building materials – i.e. those that are only used later in the building process – to those of manufacturers of heavy building materials such as cement./mis/jha/
