Thanks to the recent relaxation of travel restrictions, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will be able to offer additional flights to destinations in the United States this winter.
The US recently announced that vaccinated travelers from the EU and the UK will be granted entry to the US from early November. The Dutch government also decided to withdraw the previously announced quarantine regulations for vaccinated travelers from the US. KLM had previously been forced to cancel flights due to these regulations.
Miami & Las Vegas flights starting December 7th
The easing of restrictions prompted KLM to resume service to Las Vegas and Miami from December 7th. Passengers to these destinations who have previously been rebooked can contact KLM for a free rebooking on these direct flights.
- Flights to Miami: The flights from Amsterdam to Miami are offered on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays at 10:20 a.m. with landing at 2:20 p.m. The return flights also take place in each case Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays, departing from Miami at 4:30 p.m. and landing at Amsterdam Airport at 6:50 a.m. the next day.
- Flights to Las Vegas: The flights from Amsterdam to Las Vegas are offered on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at 12:35 p.m. with landing at 2:10 p.m. The return flights also take place in each case Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays with departure at 3:59 p.m. from Las Vegas and landing the next day at 10:50 a.m. at Amsterdam Airport.
KLM had previously announced that it would add four new destinations to its winter flight schedule: Cancun (Mexico), Port of Spain (Trinidad & Tobago), Bridgetown (Barbados) and Mombasa (Kenya). (red)
